Follow the Instructions for a Seamless Pick-Up

Step 1 - Pick-Up Address

Our Pick-Up Location is 200 E. Arrowhead Road. Charlotte, NC 28213. Located Directly Behind University Center, with access from the light Rail. Please Use Apple Maps if possible to get an exact pin. If using google maps, type in "Lincare," a neighboring business to get an almost exact pin. Currently working on updating our personal pin.

Step 2 - Entering The Lot

We have an 18,000 sqft. lot with light and video security 24/7. This allows for our guests to enter and exit at all times, and can be seen tucked discreetly in the tree line to the left almost immediately upon turning down E. Arrowhead Road.

Step 3 - Pick Up and Parking

Once you enter the lot, the "delivery lane" will be located on the front fence line. If'd you'd like to park your personal vehicle while on your trip, you may park in the EXACT spot you removed your rental vehicle from, to ensure our lot stays organized and accessible..

Step 4 - Access the Vehicle

Once at the vehicle, you'll see a lockbox located on the passenger window. Type in the code on the pad and press down on the silver tab to open. Remove the box by rolling down the window and store it in the vehicle.
